I created this ”happiness journal” a while ago after struggling through Coronavirus seriously messing up my plans. It helps bring some positivity into my days and I wanted to share that with others who may be struggling or just want a simple yet powerful daily journalling practice. The prompts on this journal only take about 5-10 minutes to fill in, but it can be the perfect way to start your day.
You may have seen me talk about it on Instagram, and some of you may have already downloaded it yourself from my website! I decided I wanted to add this into Wild Goddess to give you a basic journalling practice onto which you could add and build the other practices as needed.
